Student services at SAA are designed to help students grow in every area of life. We believe real learning happens when students feel supported academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. That means providing the right help at the right time, in a community that truly cares.
Whether a student needs learning support, a safe place after school, or someone to talk to, our services are here to make sure every student feels seen, valued, and ready to thrive.

Every student learns differently. Some may need extra time with reading or math. Others benefit from a modified schedule, learning strategies, or support from a speech language pathologist. At Sacramento Adventist Academy, we work closely with students and families to create learning plans that support success in and out of the classroom. Teachers meet students where they are, build confidence, and help each one grow at their own pace.
Faith is part of everyday life on campus. Through chapel services, classroom worship, student leadership opportunities, and Campus Ministries, students explore their faith in ways that are personal and meaningful. Our chaplain team is always available to mentor, guide, and support students as they grow spiritually in a community that values grace and belonging.
School is about more than academics. Students face challenges that impact how they feel, relate to others, and learn. That is why we take emotional wellness seriously. Teachers and staff take the time to check in, listen, and guide students through social struggles, stress, or tough moments. When additional help is needed, we partner with families and connect students with professional support.
For families who need extended care, our After School Program offers a calm, structured space where students can finish homework, play, and unwind. It is staffed by adults who know our students and create a positive routine each afternoon. Whether your child needs an hour of care or several, it is a reliable option that feels like an extension of the school day.
Students in kindergarten through eighth grade are provided with Chromebooks during the school day, along with access to platforms and tools that support learning. High school students bring their own laptops, and we offer support when they run into tech issues. From login help to platform navigation, our team makes sure technology never becomes a roadblock.
We believe communication with families is a key part of student success. Our Parent Portal and Student Portal give families quick access to grades, calendars, forms, assignments, and more. It is a simple, organized way to stay involved and informed.
At Sacramento Adventist Academy, student services are essential parts of the way we care for every learner who walks through our doors. Whether a student is excelling, struggling, exploring their faith, or figuring out who they are, they deserve a team that sees their potential and supports their growth.
We are here to partner with families, walk with students through each season, and provide the structure, encouragement, and flexibility they need to thrive. Because when students feel supported, they do more than learn—they flourish.
