Join the SAA team and make a positive impact on our students’ lives.

Volunteering is a Simple 3-Step Process

1. Begin the Volunteer Clearance Form 2024-2025 (below)
2. Complete Required Trainings (listed in the Form)
   1. Mandated Reporter Training (Every 2 years)
   2. Sterling Verified Volunteers Background Check (Every 3 years)
3. Hit Submit at End of Form and Wait for Your Approval Email
   1. Processing takes about 1 week once all forms and training are submitted.

What You Need

All required documents can be uploaded directly through the Volunteer Clearance Form.

• Live Scan Fingerprinting
  • If already completed through another NCC Adventist school, select ‘Yes’ on form.
• Educational Volunteer Agreement (available below)
• Vehicle Transportation Information (if applicable)
• Current Auto Insurance Declaration Page *NOT INSURANCE CARD*(available below)
• Mandated Reporter Training Certificate (link available below)
• Sterling Verified Volunteers Background Check (link avaliable below)
